To be paid to the Organising Committee

This fee covers accommodation, meals, local transport, and event services during the official competition period.

  • €80 per person, per night
Applies to all accredited members of the delegation (athletes, coaches, officials, etc.)

Payment Schedule:

  • Individual Sports:
    • 50% of the total amount – due 3 months before the event
    • Remaining 50% – due 1 month before the event (with Individual Entry) – To be paid to the OC

Extra nights before or after the official dates may be charged separately. Contact the OC for confirmation.

The final delegation composition is confirmed during the last stage of the accreditation process by the FISU CIC Delegate, with the HoD signing an invoice that confirms the delegation size. A copy of this invoice is retained by the NUSF.

This FISU Fee is not paid on-site but invoiced to each participating NUSF along with other annual Championship fees.

Other Notes

  • Bank Charges: All bank transfer fees must be covered by the delegations.
  • Cancellation Policy: Late cancellations or modifications in the delegation composition may result in penalties or loss of deposits as defined in the cancellation policy.

Travel Costs

Each country is responsible for covering the cost of travel for its delegation to and from the nearest official point of entry (airport or other), approved by the FISU Championships Department.
