OC would be made up of 15-20 high skilled professionals, experts in Sport Event Management already tested during past events. Around 200 volunteers will be selected from the University, primarily targeting Sport Sciences and Language students. These volunteers will be available in the competition venue, in the Team and Officials hotels and in all LOC dedicated areas.

Where and when will the event take place?
The FISU World University Championship Cross Country 2026 will take place in Cassino (Italy) on 14 and 15 March 2026.
The competition courses will be located in the Folcara area, University of Cassino and Southern Lazio.
Who can participate in the Championship?
The event is open to student-athletes officially registered by their National University Sports Federations, in accordance with FISU eligibility rules.
How can delegations register?
Registrations must be completed through the official FISU registration system, following the deadlines and procedures indicated by FISU.
What is included in the participation fee?
